I know what it feels like to step into the gym and feel lost — unsure of what to do, frustrated by a lack of progress, and worried about wasting time. That was me at 15. I started out skinny, confused, and guessing my way through workouts until I finally learned how to train with purpose.

That experience shaped how I coach today. I grew up with a special-needs sister who taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of meeting people where they are. I’m also studying Marriage and Family Therapy, which gives me a deeper understanding of how mindset drives progress. Your body is only as strong as your mind — and I’ll teach you how to build both.

I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in nutrition and corrective exercise. Whether you’re a teen building confidence or an adult ready to take control of your health, my mission is simple: to make training clear, structured, and results-driven — so you don’t waste years like I did.

Do I need experience before starting with you?

Not at all. Whether you’ve never stepped foot in a gym or you’ve been lifting for years, I’ll meet you where you are and build a plan that fits your level.

You’re new to training — why should I work with you?

That’s exactly why now is the best time. I’m taking on my very first clients, which means you’ll get more focus, attention, and personal support than you’d find anywhere else. On top of that, I bring over a decade of personal experience in the gym, certifications in personal training, nutrition, and corrective exercise, and a unique psychology background that helps me connect mindset to results. You won’t just be another client — you’ll be part of building this journey with me.

What makes your training different from other trainers?

I don’t just tell you what to do — I teach you why it works. With my background in psychology, I combine mindset and fitness so results actually last.

I might feel nervous in the gym or with you watching me. Will I feel judged?

No judgment here. I know what it feels like to be unsure, confused, or anxious in the gym. My job is to make it simple, safe, and confidence-building.

Do you offer both in-person and online coaching?

Yes. I train clients in Parkland, Coral Springs, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, and Coconut Creek.  I offer in-person (at a gym or your home) and also coach online with custom programs, nutrition guidance, and weekly check-ins.

How long before I start seeing results?

Everyone is different, but most clients start noticing strength, energy, and confidence changes within the first 4–6 weeks when they follow the plan consistently.
